"The stairs start from infront of Hotel Ambassador & end rather quickly at the cafe with view point in about 6-7 mins of moderate climbing, however the trail is much longer and culminates at Telegrin peak. It took me around ~30 mins of moderate effort to reach to the peak. There are plenty of benches & viewpoints along the way to rest before continuing."

"The Marjan Hill stairs lead you up a large hill, that's both paved and eventually has some unpaved sections. This is the general main starting point, but there are others as well. There's several stopping platforms and areas with chairs. Takes about 30min or so to get to the top."
