Hvar or Brac for a 5 day peaceful Croatia stay with no car?
My plan is to fly into Split, stay one or two days and then get to either Hvar or Brac for 5 days and relax in a beautiful town with a beach and nice food. No car obvious limits the whole experience. I have many friends who have visited these places but only ever with a car.…

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Supetar Riva is cherished for its vibrant atmosphere and scenic beauty, offering a quintessential Croatian coastal experience with plenty of dining and relaxation options. While some find parking challenging and accessibility to certain areas limited without a car, the overall charm and pleasant sea views make it a highly recommended spot for a leisurely visit.
"Every coastal town has its main promenade, and in Croatia, it's called the "Riva." Restaurants, cafés, bars, souvenirs, local products—it's worth taking a walk along. It has its own vibe.
In the early 2000s, thousands of tourists and locals would stroll here in the afternoons and evenings during the season. That's changed now, but I'm glad I got to experience it.
A beautiful place."

"When you come here you want to stay and live here. Amazing country, islands and the city of Supetar.
End of October and we are swimming in the sea."
Валерий Киденко
"Supetar is expanding its dog beach, which was located on the headland by the cemetery. This beach was originally inaccessible to both dogs and humans! However, anyone who wants to stay a little longer with their four-legged friend and bring the necessary equipment is still handicapped, as there are no car access options! Therefore, despite the current adversities... I recommend "Tatinja Dog Beach"...
Because with a bit more interest, a not insignificant community of animal lovers could be satisfied with a mobile shop! It would be worthwhile..."
