"Good one day escape from the city within a hour. Option of Bus , tram and Taxi to come to base of the cable car station. Cable car takes around 15-20 mins to reach the top and with a very scenic ride. I also saw some people hiking to the top of the hill. Cost of cable car is 10 euro for a return trip. There are few cafe's with good food and drinks at the top. Good place for winter sports and to relax with view over the Zagreb city."

"Mountain top overlooking Zagreb. We were going to go up using the gondola but arrived 1 minute before closing so they didn't let us in. We were lucky! Because the drive up is absolutely amazing -- lots of exposed turns so be careful!
Once up there we were rewarded with amazing views of the city and the valley behind the mountains. There is a hotel and ski hill up there. The ski hill was already closed (mid-March), but looks like a fun place for people from the city."
