The unique passport stamp opportunity is a memorable highlight for many. While the harbor tour is temporarily unavailable, the museum offers a fascinating glimpse into Curaçao's past.
"I loved the museum! The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming. The exhibits beautifully highlight Curaçao’s rich naval and maritime history, and you can tell the entire museum has been created with great care and passion. They even stamped my passport, something specially arranged through a government agency and available at only a handful of places, which made the visit even more memorable."

"Curacao Maritime History offers a fascinating look into the island’s maritime past. Well-organized exhibits, friendly staff, and an atmosphere that takes you back in time. A brief visit full of great discoveries! 🌊⚓"

"This is one of the few museums in Curacao but it is quite fun to visit. You start your journey with the discovery of the Caribbean and later the time of piracy. The maritime history of Curacao is explained and there are quite a lot historical artefacts and photographs. There are no guided tours, a walk around takes about 1-1.5 hours. The staff is very friendly. They normally offer a boat tour through the harbour but it is temporarily not available. They hope to start it again soon."
