"The hotel is really nice. Rooms are great. It has a beautiful pool and a marvellous private beach. Food is average.
Service is also average. When some of the staff can be so good some can be almost rude.
About the food, fish restaurant was good. Breakfast is below average quality products.
Overall we enjoyed from the hotel. Because of the beautiful private beach and the relax atmosphere. Everywhere the volume of music was so correct. It was not full with kids. So it's provide peaceful beautiful holiday.
If they will improve their food and beverage quality they will be perfect. For example we couldn't find nice caffeine and alcohol free drinks. Like lemonade for example:)"

"We recently visited the restaurant within the hotel for dinner. Unfortunately, we were denied entry because my husband was wearing shorts instead of trousers. While we understand that certain dress codes may apply, the experience was very disappointing. Instead of providing a clear explanation or handling the situation professionally, the restaurant host was abrupt and needlessly rude.
I believe that friendly communication and proper guest service are vital, especially in a hospitality environment. I hope management will address this issue and provide additional training to staff on how to explain policies politely and treat people with respect."
