The theatre is decent but outdated and not well suited for modern needs. There’s no proper parking, which is a big problem. It seems designed for people arriving by taxi — not for those coming from other cities.
To get there, you have to drive through heavy traffic deep into Limassol, close to the coastline, which is very inconvenient. There are only a few small private parking spots around, and the area doesn’t look great — a bit rundown.
If you’re dressed up — wearing a suit or heels — be ready for a long walk from where you park.
The theatre does offer rare Russian-language programs, but the location makes it hard to reach and impractical. A modern theatre should be built outside the city center with easy access and proper parking."
