"I went to visit this place at least six times last year because I really wanted to see the last Obelisk in this area but it was always closed. Either for "technical reasons/difficulties" or no reason at all. Visiting outside of summer months is almost impossible cause it closes really early when you are not back from work yet (and before it gets dark). I really don't understand how the municipality/state could allow the land around to be sold to private hands. Such a remarkable landmark that is off reach to the general public. What a shame."
