"Marina Ristorante has been my favorite restaurant in Prague ever since it opened. I’ve been visiting it regularly, and every time I’m reminded that this is the most beautiful place in the city to enjoy a meal with a breathtaking view across the Vltava River of Prague Castle.

The staff is absolutely fantastic – from the waiters, chefs, and bartenders to the management, the atmosphere is always full of kindness, smiles, and positive energy. For a truly special experience, ask to be seated with Kuře, Aladin, Béďa, or Honzík – you’ll be thrilled.

The chefs consistently deliver excellent dishes with great attention to quality and flavor. Don’t worry for a second that this might be a “tourist” restaurant with poor service. On the contrary – Marina Ristorante offers top-class service and a dining experience you’ll want to return to again and again.

And if you’d like a personal recommendation for a truly exceptional dessert, try (if it’s still on the menu) the Chocolate Mousse with Black Truffle and Real Gold, Pecan Sauce paired with a Martini al Cioccolato. This dessert-cocktail pairing could easily stand up to a Michelin-starred restaurant – my compliments not only to the chefs for a fantastic creation, but also to the bartender who crafted the perfect cocktail match."

"The food was excellent and the place is beautiful — the view over the river is amazing and the atmosphere is really nice.
However, we left the restaurant feeling deceived because of their pricing trick.

I ordered the Cannelloni alla Bolognese (CZK 455) and my wife chose the Beef fillet – Black Angus (min. 250g) - 100g/425 CZK).
What we didn’t realize is that the steak price is per 100 grams, not for the whole dish. In the end, her steak cost CZK 1,063, which we only understood after getting the bill.

We’ve never seen this kind of pricing in any other restaurant, and after watching some videos from the Honest Guide, we learned that this is a common tourist trap in Prague.
Technically it’s written on the menu, but it’s very misleading and most tourists won’t notice it.

To make things worse, they said the card payment system wasn’t working that day, so we had to pay half in CZK and half in euros — not sure if that was true or just another trick.

Overall, great food and setting, but the pricing feels dishonest. Be careful and double-check the menu before ordering."

"Booked in advance for an evening slot. The restaurant is nice, in a good location. There is a bar inside too. If you're lucky, you'll get seated by the windows. There is a downstairs section too, which is where the toilets are. The food was okay, and was made very quickly. The waiters were polite but I didn't feel like they gave us as much of a service experience as they did to others. We gave a 10% tip after, and the waiter seemed disappointed and gave a funny look. I had vegeteriana pizza which was large and quite nice, but didn't taste of much. The food was overall quite expensive for what it was. We had two drinks (one was a juice), two mains, and two desserts. It came to around 85 euros. The tiramisu wasn't amazing, quite watery. I think you get charged for the bread and water. It's a nice visit and a nice atmosphere, but I'm mixed as to whether it's fully worth the price."
