"I bet your experience of this place would very much depend on when you go there.
We went on a Monday night. So there was no lineup. It was completely dead aside from a couple other tourists.
We didn’t have to wait in line. We went right to the robotic bar. The experience is cool. You sit down you have an iPad in front of you and you pick a drink. The drink selection is pretty crap. You’re very limited to what options you have. To be honest, I didn’t like any of the options on the screen. I just chose one because I really wanted to try the experience
Once you choose your drink, the robots make it for you. Which is absolutely cool. I mean, that’s what you’re there for right? Once the robot makes your drink. They hand it to a server. She then adds the lime or whatever is required. And she is the one who delivers it to you. It would’ve been a lot cooler if the robots did the whole experience.
Way way way too expensive for what it is. However, it is an experience and that’s what you’re paying for.
The club that the robotic bar is inside of is very cool a lot of different rooms, different types of music. They had an area at the back of the robotic bar where you can get a shot inside of a Balloon. This was honestly more fun than the robot part. Lol.
You pick your shot. I chose vodka. Then it gets made into a mist and that mist goes inside the balloon. So when you do your shot, you’re doing a shot of alcohol mist. That was a really fun experience. We laughed a lot."

"Cool concept, but unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to the hype. There was a long wait just to get in, then an even longer wait to place an order—and an even longer one to actually get the drink due to the robot queue. When the drink finally arrived, it was honestly pretty bad. Fun idea, but poorly executed. I wouldn’t go back."

"SO COOL! We visited on a Saturday night for some cocktails before going out. Such a unique concept and was fairly priced. Very good atmosphere but managed to get a seat which was fab. If you’re in Prague definitely visit here even if it is just for one."

The Technology Behind the Bar
Guests order their desired cocktails via a digital interface, usually an iPad or touchscreen tablet at their table. Once an order is placed, the system communicates with the robot, which then selects the appropriate bottles, measures the ingredients with precision, and mixes the drink. This robot drink mixer technology aims to provide speed, consistency, and a novel entertainment factor.
While the concept is futuristic, the execution can vary. Some systems are fully autonomous, while others may require a human server to add garnishes or deliver the final product. The bionic bar concept, popularized by Royal Caribbean, is a prime example of this technology at sea, offering a unique cruise experience.
Navigating the Robotic Bar Experience
Reviews suggest that while the concept is cool, the actual cocktails might not always meet expectations, and prices can be on the higher side due to the technological investment. Some visitors have noted that the robot doesn't always complete the drink, with a human server often stepping in for final touches. This can detract from the fully automated experience some anticipate.
For those seeking a truly unique experience, the Tipsy Robot Bar in Las Vegas or its counterparts in Prague offer this futuristic encounter. On cruise lines like Royal Caribbean, the Bionic Bar is a well-known feature, providing a similar technological marvel at sea. It's often recommended to visit during off-peak hours to minimize wait times and fully appreciate the spectacle without the pressure of a long queue.
