"Such a calming energy at this place. All four of us felt relaxed during our visit. A school of large fish passed near the shore under the castle."

"one of the most beautiful places I've ever visited. The surroundings of the castle are free. You can book a campsite and live in a tent and fish on the picturesque shore. The castle is located on a peninsula surrounded by two rivers. To get to the castle you will need to walk 3 kilometers. Please note that not all cafes nearby are open during off-season, so it is better to take food with you in advance"

"Zvíkov Castle? Yeah, it’s a solid spot if you’re into old stones and medieval vibes. Looks cool, decent views, bit of history, the usual. You wander around on your own, no guide breathing down your neck, which is actually great. No waiting, no group of confused tourists in cargo shorts, just do your thing at your own pace. Now, 160 Kč per person? Bit cheeky, but whatever, call it a donation to “culture” and pretend you feel good about it. But here’s the kicker: you shell out those 160 crowns and then, surprise, they still want 20 more just so you can take a piss!? That’s not just rude, that’s straight-up robbery with a smile. Classy touch, guys. Real classy! Now you know, gents, take a piss in the bush before going in."
