The venue deliberately didn't respond to mails and calls weren't answered because they were moving to another place or something. Then they refused to postpone the booking because it's a new venue, and had to receive full payment with no service. They didn't even claim part of the responsibility."

We had dinner at the Gram Slot restaurant, and it was beyond amazing!! My young daughter, 2 teenagers, my husband, and myself all thoroughly enjoyed our three-course dinner. First course was delicious smoked salmon with caviar and vegetables: it was divine. Our second course was the most juicy tenderloin with root vegetables. Our third course was moist chocolate brownie with walnuts; but they accommodated our nut- allergic daughters with apple cobbler. The wine pairings were perfect. The chef and wait staff were splendid. Thank you for a wonderful evening!"
