What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Kattegatcenter is a well-regarded marine life center, praised for its engaging and educational exhibits, particularly the interactive touch pools and impressive shark tank. Visitors appreciate the staff's helpfulness and the clean, well-maintained environment. However, some find the food offerings expensive and the shark feeding demonstration a bit underwhelming.
"This is an attractive and interesting medium-sized aquarium. There are many experimental things for kids to do. The water and near-water environments are very ecologically sound and provide natural living areas. The seal show is very basic with 2 seals and is ok. The shark feeding is boring. Not much happens and the narrator spoke much too fast in Danish and English, so it was nearly impossible to follow. Bring your own lunch... the food is expensive. Parking is inexpensive. Not top class and a bit overpriced, but still entertaining, so 4 stars."
