"This church is a special attraction because the church itself no longer exists there. The church was located on a 70 m high cliff, which was slowly eaten away by erosion, so that the church had to be dismantled and moved to a safer place. All that remains is the cemetery and the beautiful rugged place itself. A hiking trail to Rubjerg Knude Fyr starts next to the church parking area. It's the best way to approach that incredible dune area."
