"Skallerup really is perfect for families! We love the cabins and the activities and would very much like to be able to visit several times a year.
Unfortunately there is a cell phone radiation tower placed on the main building right next to the spa, aquapark and indoor playground.
Both the adults and kids on our family have had terrible migraines both times we have visited because the radiation is so strong.
A lot of countries are now acknowledging the health risks of radiation exposure. Especially when it comes to children. There are also several stories emerging about whole neighborhoods and animals developing cancer after cellphone towers have been put up nearby. The stories from all over the world is painting a clear picture.
This does not align with the health and family focus they have at Skallerup.
Not sure they can choose to do anything to be done about this as the cell providers are paying them for the towers to be there, but I really do hope that they will look into this if they have longtime employers who get sick from working there.

The houses have a good layout and good nature around.
Though we didn’t like much the houses inside otherwise.. The toilet smells fungus and the pillows and blankets smell as not washed… 😷 The houses need renovation inside and better cleaning.
The beds and pillows are also very uncomfortably hard, we got neck pain."
