"We had a lovely afternoon at Jelling, looking at the museum and the surrounding area. I recommend 2 hours for everything. It is relatively easy to get there from Copenhagen by train, but book train tickets in advance. The area has been beautifully restored and maintained. The museum is also worth visiting as it gives a very good history of the royalty in Denmark."
