Guests generally praise the AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen for its unique architecture, modern Scandinavian design, and stunning city views from its rooms and rooftop bar. Its convenient location next to the Bella Center and close proximity to the Metro are significant advantages. However, some reviews mention inconsistent housekeeping and occasional service issues during busy periods, particularly at breakfast.
"Decent location if you’re needing to be near airport. Not many staff at check in so queues can be quite slow. Service very good once you get there. Rooms are clean, although some common areas look a bit rundown. Nice views from the rooms over the city."
Ari
"The rooms are nice and comfortable, but housekeeping was inconsistent and often felt barely done. Breakfast service was disappointing — staff seemed overwhelmed and sometimes even denied service because they were “too busy.” This is definitely an area that could be improved.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient if you’re attending events at Bella Center. In the evening, Marta’s restaurant is a highlight — the team there is kind, welcoming, and creates a great dining experience."
Paula Fontanilla
"The hotel staff are very friendly. The room was immaculate, bed comfy, and had amazing views. Only downside was not enough pillows, but I'm sure I could have asked for more.
Very handy for metro, supermarket, bakery & food places (within 2 mins walking) and shopping centre (next metro station down or a 15 min walk).
Couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel."
