"There is nothing bad to tell about this hotel. The location, the rooms, the atmosphere, the service, the food is all some of the best money can buy.
We stayed here for my wifes aunts 70 th birthday and boy we where treated with deluxe food and service. We just loved sitting there overlooking the water, surrounded by beautiful paintings and porcelain and just enjoying our food.

There are serious inconsistencies between what is promised at the time of booking and what the hotel later acknowledges upon arrival. Instead of taking responsibility, management shifts the blame to third-party booking platforms, leaving guests in uncomfortable and disappointing situations. For a hotel of this category, such treatment is unacceptable."
