"Update: the hotel contacted me and offered me a refund for my stay. I accepted the refund and I greatly appreciate it as it was a tough night.
I arrived at 11:30 at night and came to room with no heating. It was about four or 5°. I tried calling the hotel but nobody picked up so I had to stay in the room which was very cold. This also meant that most of the amenities also did not work, but luckily I had a light in the bathroom! The staff were apologetic, but I think they should be reachable at night. If you run the hotel you have to be available for your guests even though it’s late. I also tried calling in the morning at 8:30 am, but nobody picked up again, so I can’t recommend this hotel."
