"If you are going to Borgerservice, REMEMBER to make an appointment, otherwise you will not be able to get service.
From lunch until they close, there are always many people there and they are often late.
The best time to go to Borgerservice is in the morning. If you make an appointment from 08:10, there will be no one there and you will be called in early.
The staff is nice and helpful.
You can even make an appointment at the service counter."
