Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the museum for its deep dive into WW1 zeppelin history and the wealth of information not found elsewhere. The enthusiastic staff and the opportunity to see collected war materials are highlights. However, payment limitations and occasional inconsistent opening hours are noted drawbacks.

"NOTE they do not take cards. Cash or Danish Mobile Pay only. Free parking lot outside.

The museum is run on a voluntary basis.
A mixture of war material collected from the sorroundings in an old warehouse.

Quite a lot of information, facts, pictures and old parts from and around the zeppelinar base that I could not find online.
Good to read and take some photos, before going out into the woods a little further away to look at the actual site where the base was. It is only forest there today and few information signs so it's a bit difficult to get a picture of how it looked like during WW1."

"NOT open today as advertised."

"Niche museum about zeppelins. Not much remains of the actual airships but there is lots of information. The buildings also contain some general military displays. Enthusiastic staff."
