"Despite a small sign in guard booth window, nobody enforces 8pm "closing time". No need to rush like crazy to make it before 8 on long summer days. You can just walk around the open ground floor any time. It can be cold and windy.
Check out the "wave" residential building nearby.
The town is very sleepy and has literally no dinner options past 9pm."

It's an interesting and peaceful design. You are able to visit it by foot and have a good view over the landscape. There was a spiral staircase inside but I wasn't able to check it out. Next to the architecture building is a long pier that you can visit.
A hotel is near the building too. If you go over the bridge next to the hotel there are some parking places, the handicap parking lot is free for people who has a handicap card.
Surely a good visit if you are near the city."
