"One of the best if not best beaches we have been to.
Walking Cabarete beach is so peaceful and just an honour.
People running, excercizing, water sports make it more interesting as well as the many Bars and Resturant which are mainly in the downtown section.
The road is close at this point so many of the resturants/bars can be entered from the street and have an inside dinning area that opens out to seating on the beach.
Youll find many expat, tourist from Canada, US and abroad.
You"ll hear english spoken often with some Fench and a little German at times mixed in with Spanish of course.
Frequently the waitresses and bar tenders speak English making it easier for us dummies that cant learn enough Spanish ;)
If you want waves theres areas to go at The beach but if you want it more calm you"ll find that too.
This makes it very unique and also with the gradgual incline into the water.
Walking the many lit up resturants on the beach at night is a must often hearing live music or open mic.
Im hoping it dosnt lose its charm bringing in big resorts.
If this review helps you please give a like."
