"Super nice large stretch of beach. Lots of area to swim, kite, or any water activity. The sand is wonderfully soft and the width of the beach is great.
Hardly even a rock in sight! The beach is overall only partially developed so there’s a lot of space to set up and spread out. Not so crowded in some areas which is really nice. When it’s windy though, it can be pretty busy with kiters, windsurfers, wing foilers, and more!"
Gregg Vertes
"Playa Cabarete is definitely on of the best beaches in Dominican Republic, I strongly recommend it, if you want to relax the beach is really spacious, here there is not need to be close to other people, it’s great for wind surfing, if you want to enjoy of a long walk this is the place, you can walk for an hour without getting to the end. There are restaurants and bar. Just a suggestion if you want to rent chairs and umbrella check with different vendors first, some are lot more expensive than others."
