"Clown agency. They told me there would be time for the full walk of the pailon del Diablo, and there was not.
They "forgot" to say every single stop on the waterfall route costs more money- more than the tour itself!
They were late by 25 minutes to Casa del Arbol (and did not cancel knowing there was fog) and then 40 minutes to the waterfalls, making everything stressful. And no time to enjoy anything, just take our money.
They did not bother to answer my questions, only replying "Yes" to simple questions like "Where to meet you".
They spoke very good English before being paid, and none after.
There was very loud music the entire trip. If you don't like it, your problem.
Everything was in Spanish though it was promised to be also in English. When asking them to repeat in English they just ran away from me.
This is how clowns run an agency. Do not trust them with your time or money."
