But the real highlight for me was the 8 storey tower giving 360 degree views of Cuenca from the full length glass enclosed top storey. Entrance is free and the lift zips up and down and everything is very clean. You can also take the stairs if you're feeling energetic. A security guard keeps everyone safe."
