The trail is quite easy if you’re fit but if you have difficulty walking I can see some parts posing more of a challenge. I recommend bring bug spray and enclosed shoes"

"A must if you are in the Manta area. Carlos did an excellent job along with our driver Juan from Manta with Juan Tour Agency. About a 2 hour tour with lots to see and a wealth of information. Bring very comfortable shoe (hiking if you have them), water and insecticide."
