"Gorgeous beach. We visited in the morning during low tide and in the evening during sunset for high tide. The waves were huge! Don’t worry though, the area you swim in was really nice, calm, and shallow and the water was warm. There are lots of rocks when you enter the beach, so try to wear water shoes and perhaps a wet suit if you don’t want to get cuts or scratched. When we went the current was strong so it kept pushing us into the rocks. As you swim further in, the rocks and the water clear up. We saw tons of fish and swam with sea turtles! Highly recommend this beach for snorkeling, not so much swimming because of all the rocks."

"Best beach on San Crisrobal! It's about a ten minute walk from the drop off but it's flat and worth the walk. There are no bathrooms or amenities. The beach has everything from hermit crabs to blue footed boobies to sea lions! The water is a bit rough at high tide but bring a mask and snorkel and check out eels, sea turtles and parrotfish!"
