"This hotel is incredible. The location and view of the pyramids is unbelievable, the hotel is super safe, the staff is wonderful and super helpful, the spa was amazing, pool was glorious, I could go on and on! We arrived at 10am and not only did we get upgraded to pyramid view but the room was ready for us upon arrival which was so nice. The room was lovely, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, and we even had a member of the staff inquire if there was anything we needed in our room. The entire time we felt incredibly safe and taken care of, and each member of the staff that we talked to was helpful and friendly. We tried out the sauna at the spa which was complimentary and it was lovely, highly recommend. For food, we tried 139 for breakfast and dinner, both of which we greatly enjoyed (both the food and the view)! I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Cairo and we will definitely be back to the Marriott mena house in the future!"
