"I stayed at an apartment in the Four Seasons San Stefano tower through Airbnb. The location is fantastic — being in San Stefano means you are in one of the most premium areas of Alexandria. The highlight of the apartment was definitely the view: from the 33rd floor you get an absolutely stunning panorama of the Mediterranean Sea and the city, which is breathtaking both during the day and at night.
However, the overall experience really depends on the specific unit you get. Unfortunately, the apartment I stayed in was not in the best condition. The furnishings and setup were below my expectations, especially considering the reputation of the building. Some parts felt a bit outdated and not well maintained.
It’s important to note that each apartment is owned and managed separately, so the quality can vary a lot. If you are lucky to find a well-furnished and properly maintained unit, the combination of the amazing view, the central location, and the luxury of the tower could make it a wonderful stay. But in my case, the apartment itself didn’t live up to the view."

"San Stefano food court is suitable for families with a good verity of food at reasonable price.
However, the only thing that lets it down are the cleaners wearing blue that seem to follow customers for tips pretending to be finding them seats even if the courts has plenty of empty seats. The way the they wait and follow you arround is so obvious they even work in groups of 2 or 3 cleaners.
It's annoying to be hounded for tips when you just want to have a decent meal out with your family.
Management need to stop this practice to let people feel comfortable when dinning there."

"I’m not generally a fan of malls, and San Stefano can get quite overcrowded, especially in the food courts. However, it does have all the well-known brands, so it’s a convenient go-to if you need to buy anything — from electronics and home appliances to clothes and groceries.
The mall also has plenty of coffee shops and a good cinema, and its central location in the heart of the city makes it easy to reach.
Overall, it’s fine for what it is — busy, popular, and practical if you need a place with a bit of everything under one roof."
