"We took the kids for a snow experience, the lines were very long, many VIP persons went before us, we didn’t know as it’s not stated.
Of course people were getting uptight including us.
We finally got our tickets after almost an hours wait!
When you go inside to get your shoes and clothe, everything runs at least 2 sizes too big by the way! If you want to exchange it you have to look for a very small sign says “Exchange!”.
The man working there is very rude and the people don’t wait in line they come from all sides!!! It’s literally a war!!!
We spent at least 1 hour just exchanging and this was for 7 adults and 3 children all under the age of 6.
The clothes are thin and boots and gloves…
You freeze your butt off inside! I’m American so I’m used to the cold! But I couldn’t feel me feet or fingers in just 30 minutes!!! 🥶🥶🥶🥶. It wasn’t bad but the staff need to be more organized and deal with the customers with respect! And need warmer wear than that!!
Needless to say, I will never go there again, and I will advise many other to not go either!!!
They need a good manager, staff and better protective clothing!!!! It looks warm but it’s very thin!!! 😡"
