"This is a review for the building and not the office that is located inside. It is a nice historic looking like building as it overlooks the northwestern part of Estonia's capital city. There are stairs that take you to a viewpoint next to it, and even though there are cameras and some sort of security, you can still take photos of this intriguing architectural masterpiece."
