"Tons of drunk people. Sorry for those that are able to drink with measure.
Should have security/police to check the park and detain those that are screaming/total drunks."

"Pirogov is a great park for a number of reasons. First, it is extremely clean and well-maintained. The grass is always cut and the trash is always picked up. Second, there is a ton of activities for everyone to enjoy. There is a playground for the kids, a "basketball court" for the teens, and a walking path for the adults. Third, the locals are always friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer any questions you may have and they make sure the park is always running smoothly. Overall, Pirogov is a great park that I would highly recommend to everyone."
