What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Feodosia's Central Market is a vibrant hub, especially lauded for its incredible seafood selection and fresh local produce. Visitors appreciate the opportunity to buy directly from producers and discover homemade goods. However, some find the prices high and the market's layout and cleanliness could be improved, with mixed experiences regarding seller interactions.
"Wonderful market! I am delighted with the abundance of fruits, vegetables, goods. Fish! That is why it is worth coming here. Fresh, lightly salted and smoked. Mullet, gobies, red mullet, garfish, horse mackerel, etc. The sweetest aunties sellers. Thanks to them for the advice! Guys, lightly salted horse mackerel is the bomb. Take at least half a kilo per person at a time. Mullet! Mmmm. In short, for fish lovers - fish stalls at the market. And also - excellent local products. Do not pass by grannies and small traders who have their own goods, buy goods from ordinary people, they grew it themselves. There is also a dairy department, where clean and tidy housewives sell cottage cheese, butter and milk. Well, I will not talk about manufactured goods, there are plenty of them everywhere. I recommend the market! They are open from 8 am, I think."

"Market. Market, small. Fruits, vegetables, fish. Things and kitchen utensils. I wasn't very interested in meat, but it's worth looking for. The selection is small, but the necessary things are there. I didn't notice a ramp, I won't confirm its absence.
Enjoy your shopping!!!!"

"The place is so-so. The prices are unreasonably high. There is no service. The quality of the products is 3+. The sellers are 90% rude. Soviet. About 15 years ago, this was a real seaside market. And talk to the seller, and choose. And now... More like points of sale of average products."
