What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Market Square is a beautiful and vibrant harborside market offering a delightful mix of street food, fresh produce, and local handicrafts. Visitors praise the authentic Finnish delicacies and unique souvenir options. While generally a positive experience, some note the potential for large food portions and the persistent seagulls.
"Beautiful harbour market which is a mixture of street foods, fresh fruit, ice cream and craft stalls. You can catch a ferry to the local zoo from the harbour and also take sightseeing cruises which are very informative. Whilst at the harbour why not visit the indoor market where you can eat local delicacies or just watch the world pass by. Further along the harbour is the Helsinki wheel which costs around 25 euros a beautiful way to see the city from high up."
