"Tried to follow the Keskustan rantareitti which is advertised as a public walking tour on the Oulussa tapahtuu website. Half of the art works are in City Hall but the workers at the front desk knew nothing about it and were extremely rude when I asked about it. Oulu wants to be the culture city in 2026? What a joke!"
