"Efficient and clean world class airport!
I am not sure if it was the fact that it was Saturday night, but the airport was not crowded, so it was nice and calm. Migration was smooth and our bags were already there when we got to the baggage claim area.
Efficiency at its finest."

"probably the best airport i’ve ever been to. super clean, well designed, comfortable, and incredibly easy to reach from the city center with just a public bus. going through security was a breeze. i was at the gate area before i even had time to get stressed.
a fair warning though: the moomin shop is dangerous for your wallet. something about leaving finland makes you suddenly need a moomin mug or three. there’s plenty of space to sit and relax, and i even found these weirdly comfortable sphere-shaped seats that almost made me fall asleep.
the toilets? immaculate. they even play sounds of the forest, which makes doing your business oddly peaceful. the only downside: no water fountain in sight. but hey, it’s finland. i’d probably trust the tap in the bathroom anyway."

"Well, Finland maybe the happiest country in the world, but certainly their airport did not give us any happiness. We landed at Helsinki airport from Delhi, the landing experience was fine, immigration was fast and exited quickly. But later on, we had another flight from Rovaniemi to Helsinki and a transit from there to Stockholm. The toilets were so damn crowded and the airport is not able to manage such crowds. There was no proper seating even at gates, it was all too crowded.
More than all this, we used one of their kiosk to buy some water and chocolate, and it just did not disperse the items. We made the payment, it got cut from my card and we just lost that money! We asked for help nearby and what answer we got was, these are old machines do not use them! I mean then whatnis the use of that and what about the payment we did!!! Seriously did not expect this kind of issues in a scandanavian country airport!"
