"I wish I could give MORE than 5 stars. I booked several tastings in one day, my most memorable being de Venoge. I almost didn’t go because I travelled 20+ hours the day prior. I’m extremely grateful I made it — Absolutely worth it!
Lucie was my tour guide and I was immediately impressed by her knowledge and passion for a timeless subject, being the same age as myself. She knew the answers to every question I asked and was the most enthusiastic tour guide I had that whole day. she tested my knowledge from what I had learned previously and only furthered my interest! The two-prince tasting was also delicious, where I matched cards with photos and descriptions of the process of champagne as a “knowledge quiz” — I only got 1/11 but the effort was there!
nothing but praise for Lucie and De Venoge. The grounds were beautiful and the whole team was welcoming despite my lack of French!"
