"We were a little disappointed by our visit to Les Berges de l'Iton. The wait between the starter and main course was far too long, and the service was lacking at times, despite a server who tried to be attentive. A dessert was even left out of our order, and we waited in vain. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the cutlery was not optimal.
As for the food: the foie gras wasn't de-veined enough, the salmon was perfectly cooked, but the risotto contained a little too much cheese. The tart for dessert was a real success, both light and tasty.
It's a shame that the experience was marred by an excessive wait, improvable service, and a starter that was far too expensive for the quality offered. As a gesture of goodwill, we were offered a simple coffee, which seemed rather meager given the inconvenience and our table costing over €210."
