"A beautiful, contemporary building made of exposed concrete, steel, and glass. It's beautiful how the structural elements (reinforced concrete) are positioned in front of the facade. Unfortunately, there are some weaknesses in the detailed design. Many details seem random or poorly thought out. Which is true is beyond my knowledge. All in all, a very good example of modern architecture."
