One of my favorite places for lunch in Aix-en-Provence✨ if you come to Tita, make sure to make a reservation ahead of time, and get the “chicken and falafel plate.” The pita is also so fresh and soft! the waiters are very kind, speak great english, and also provide english menus upon request. The iconic view of Mont Sainte-Victoire, immortalized by Cézanne, is consistently praised for its beauty and inspiring atmosphere. "A truly magical place with powerful energy.
Standing here — overlooking the mountain that Cézanne once painted — I felt a deep sense of connection, like all roads were converging at this very point.
The view, the silence, the air — everything felt timeless and full of presence.
My body responded instantly: I was moved to start a spontaneous movement practice, inspired by the space and its strength.
It was one of those rare places where you don’t just observe beauty — you become part of it.
Thank you for this moment. I’ll carry it with me.

As a choreographer and somatic practitioner, I experience places through the body and movement.
This place passed through me — and I through it. It left a mark."

Евгения Миляева

"Amazing spot - just on top of the hill overlooking the city. Not so popular among the tourists as not on the main route if tourist attractions. Cannot be missed though. Fantastic place to discover the exact place where Cezanne was painting quite a few of his masterpieces. The St Victoire mountain looks absolutely stunning from there. My top five of Aix."
