"For the price you pay they should really work on few things. First of all, cleanliness. During our 9 days stay, the room wasn't cleaned once! They only came once to change our sheets but didn't sweep the floor so if you have a dust allergy, better skip this place. Overall the whole place is run down and not well maintained with rusty heaters, no AC and stains on the ceiling. The place resembles a students dorm rather than a pricey hotel. The only positive things I have to highlight is the friendly staff, the ocean view and the location, right next to the beach. Breakfast and dinner were good, they also offer a corner with a variety of baby food. The entertainment is also ok, with different activities throughout the day for kids and adults. There is also a kids club with friendly staff."

"For the price we paid, we were expecting something a bit nicer than what we got. The accommodations were just okay—nothing special. The biggest issue came on our second night when we needed two extra shower towels. My husband went to the front desk to ask, and unfortunately, he was met with a rude employee who acted like we were a burden and told him we should have brought our own towels because the club “isn’t a hotel.” That interaction definitely left a bad impression.
On a positive note, the waiters and cleaning staff at the restaurant were absolutely lovely—super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They really stood out and made our experience better. Overall, it was an okay visit, but we likely won’t be returning."

Breakfast and dinner was great with lots of variety and choice. Kids club with new activities every day and evening. Pleasant bar area and terraces.
