"We booked the tour online, which included both an informational tour and a mustard-making workshop. The tour itself was informative, with videos and a self-guided audio section in their small display area. The mustard-making workshop, however, was a lot simpler than expecte. We just mashed some seeds with vinegar, so it wasn’t quite what I thought it would be.
The highlight was definitely the tasting at the end. We were able to sample at least two dozen different mustards, and the staff were amazing, friendly, enthusiastic, and very encouraging about trying as many varieties as we wanted. Even though the tasting area could get a little crowded, it flowed smoothly, and you don’t actually need to take the tour to enjoy the tasting (it’s free to try).
Overall, the workshop itself felt a bit underwhelming, but the tour and especially the tasting experience made it worthwhile. The staff really made the visit a positive one."
