"Bad reception from a somewhat elderly administrative secretary with short blond hair and glasses, who handles passports and ID cards.
No smile, cold and strange.
When I took a ticket to collect my ID card, she asked me in a tone that was almost aggressive and stupid, "What are you here for!!!!!"
How stupid, especially since you know from the number the reason I'm here!!!!!!!!!!!!
Furthermore, when I politely asked her to put disinfectant on the fingerprint scanner, she just wiped it down with a cloth without using any disinfectant, and I didn't appreciate that very much....
Unfortunately, with staff like this agent, it would be better to go work at McDonald's or Quick! and make way for more competent and polite people who have a sense of humanity.
Belfort's administrative services have deteriorated year after year due to poor recruitment of staff like this officer.
But who's to blame? I'll let you guess!
