Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the knowledgeable and engaging guides who share fascinating insights into Airbus's history and aircraft production. The opportunity to see aircraft assembly and explore the Musée Aeroscopia, including boarding iconic planes, is a major highlight. However, some tours have been disappointing due to factory shutdowns or uncomfortable transport conditions, and photography restrictions are noted.
"This tour is made for those passionate about airplanes and Airbus. Most of the tour is inside a bus due to obvious reasons: safety. But for some minutes you’re invited to take a look on their work (in my case today, final details on A350). They’re building airplanes there, so it’s comprehensive why the distance and the safety protocols. Our tour guide Hugo it’s an extreme lovely guy who explained everything and tested our knowledge during the journey. Airbus is HUGE and there’s a lot of buildings there - some hangar with open doors that you can check what’s going on inside.
And if you’re going with a group, please be respectful to the guide, the driver and the other visitors. Very uncomfortable to be on a super visit like these with annoying guests that doesn’t behave.
Thanks Hugo and the bus driver (btw: he took a roundabout just to show us an Airbus Beluga that had landed minutes before haha)
Last but not least: I strongly recommend the visit at Aeroscopia :)"

"We recently joined the Let’s Visit Airbus tour in Toulouse as part of a family trip, mainly for our son who is a big aviation enthusiast. While the experience had its highlights, there were also a few disappointments that affected the overall visit.
✅ Positives:
Excellent Guide: The tour guide was friendly, very knowledgeable, and kept the group engaged with interesting facts and interactive questions throughout the visit. Definitely a highlight of the experience!
Aviation Enthusiast Environment: It was great to be part of a group of fellow aviation fans. The enthusiasm and participation from the group added to the experience.
Souvenir Discount: If you take part in any Let’s Visit Airbus tour, you get a 10% discount at the souvenir shop inside the Aeroscopia Museum.
Fair Refund Policy: We had unknowingly booked two similar Airbus tours on different days. The team was understanding and refunded the cost of one, much appreciated.
⚠️ Improvements Needed:
Factory Shutdown Not Communicated: Unfortunately, the visit took place during a factory shutdown, and we weren’t informed in advance. There were no workers or active assembly lines - we could only view stationary equipment from behind a glass cabin, which was disappointing.
Uncomfortable Transport Conditions: The bus that took us from the museum to the factory had poor air conditioning - a real issue given it was around 40°C that day. One co-passenger even experienced dizziness and refused to return by bus. Thankfully, the team arranged a car for them.
Limited Visual Experience: Without any live production happening, the tour felt more like viewing a display than visiting a working factory. If it had been a working day, we would have rated this 4 stars."

"The tour was a let-down. While the guide was friendly and well-informed, the tour itself was disappointing. You sit on the bus most of the time except for a short stop at a 350 construction site where you are not allowed to enter the site but watch the planes from a distance through glass windows on the second floor - during lunch-time (!) so the hall was empty! They charge you 24€ per ticket, which is a rip-off, to put it bluntly. If you do book the tour don’t take the one at11:15 am unless you’d like to see empty halls…"
