"Horrible. Horrible horrible service.
This is the second time I go with my boyfriend intended to submit the documents for PACS. However we encounter the same lady who is extremely rude for both of our RDVs. The first time I went, she make an comment on my nationality which make me really uncomfortable. When she asked, I told my nationality and she immediately responded "that's very complicated case." I'm trying my best to ignore, whenever she made this comment however she was also neat picking all my documents. The second time we submit the documents she asked for. And she responded that isn't the document. She said it doesn't looks like that.
Okay. First of all I applied this document from my embassy, so it's official I am sure. If it's doesn't look the way you think it should look like, maybe you should do your homework. She doesn't recognize my country in the first place, so I don't expect her to know how the documents should look like. Please get some education if you are working for the government. This lady is absolutely a shame of the government of Boulonge-Billancourt! Because she represents the city but she abused her power and use it agents people who wants to lives here. Especially fogriners like myself. This is pure racism! I really wish everyone can see this and the government will do something about the situation. Thank you."

"Whether you're there in person or on the phone, depending on who you speak to (especially a young woman with light brown/blonde hair), the reception is appalling. They dismiss your request and deny you access to the upper floors for no reason. Yet at the registry office, they're very friendly. Horrible! When are you going to take a good look at yourselves?"
