Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Maison du Patrimoine for its charming historic architecture, unique artisan shops, and the opportunity to engage with local culture. The friendly staff and the potential for discovering authentic crafts are frequently highlighted as positive aspects. However, some reviews note issues with cleanliness in public areas due to dog waste, which can detract from the overall pleasant experience.

"The Tourist Office is great and the staff extremely friendly and polite. Briançon is nice and worth a visit. The only downside is that dog owners do not collect their pet's poo. Apart from the main street, any other corner is really dirty because of the above mentioned issue. It is a pity, because it spoils the pleasure of having a walk around. Luckily, it is something that could be easily fixed. 🙄 Better sooner than later, though..."

Aureliana Di Rollo

"A beautiful area to visit. Plenty of wonderful little shops. We enjoyed the jewelry store that they handcraft their rings and all the jewelry. The artisans took time out of their day to talk with us."

Ina Warrick

"Amazing walled town with tons of history, architecture, shops (gifts, souvenirs, clothes, ...), bars, cafes, restaurants (some of the best in Briancon), museums, views to die for, self catered apartments and a hotel or two, ... !"
