My friend and I will be visiting early April. I see on the Notre Dame website that you can reserve a day or so ahead to visit. A frequent visitor said no, he is going to have to go into a lottery to get to visit. Any clarity is much appreciated.

"A beautiful church that has its origin with the Jesuits who started construction in 1684 and was completed in 1689 giving the name of Saint Catherine des Arts. In 1802 it became a parish and took on the name of Notre Dame, replacing the Froide-Rue renamed Saint Sauveur. In 1909 the entire building is classified as a French historical monument. If you are visiting the region and love architecture and history of the Catholic religion visit the place."
