As soon as you enter, on the left, the delicatessen offers a fine selection of high-quality homemade products, which can be heated upon request. There's also a variety of authentic cured meats, sausages, and Basque berets, perfect for lovers of regional flavors.
The butcher's shop, located at the back on the left, stands out for the quality of its meats at very competitive prices, often better than those at the neighboring supermarket. The fruit and vegetable stand is also impressive: its produce is always fresh and delicious. I particularly enjoyed some sweet, perfectly ripe greengages there, a real treat.

"I came during the winter season to discover Cauterets and I recommend the caterer at the market halls at the main entrance, immediately on the left.
The food is very good, with daily specials that change. The homemade pies are exceptional. You can also book a raclette (the shopkeepers, very friendly, will lend you the machine) 🙂
