"Beautiful castle with very nice and large gardens. Our children enjoyed seeing lego exhibitions in the castle as well as treasure hunt and a maze. Even though we visited on a Sunday in August, there were no big crowds and the whole experience was very pleasant."

"Chateau de Cheverny is a gorgeous chateau in the Loire Valley that has been in the same family for 600 years.
The interior of the chateau was lovely & interesting. The beautiful gardens were whimsical with many fun exhibits for children & adults.
We had delicious chocolate cake & cappuccinos on the terrace of the cafe.
There was free parking at the chateau & when we visited the end April it was not overly crowded. This was one of our favorite chateaus."
