"First spa treatment experience at the Arènes thermal baths. The quality of care was excellent, the staff absolutely lovely and competent, especially in the peloids and hydromassage areas. The atmosphere was very pleasant, almost like a family, with personalized attention. The spa doctor was also friendly, as were all the staff, from reception to the laundry, and even the cleaning staff we encountered in the corridors. The on-site restaurant was also very nice. We will be back!"

"First treatment in Dax and frankly I was not disappointed. I have already done several treatments. First of all, the accommodation is functional, clean, spacious for a studio. I had a beautiful shower, a large balcony with a view of the lake, where I could dry my laundry and have breakfast. It was also very quiet for sleeping and with air conditioning, necessary in July when it is 40 degrees. And the great joy, going down to the spa in a bathrobe! As for the treatments, the staff is really friendly and professional. Everything is clean. I took half board at the restaurant by word of mouth and I was really delighted. Home cooking, prepared every day with fresh products. I was able to change some dishes on the menu because I am lactose intolerant. And having arrived on a Sunday afternoon, I was able to order a dish for my dinner. In short, everything was perfect and I have already booked for 2026! The town of Dax is superb to visit, and is a 15-minute walk away. You have a free shuttle for people who can't walk. I LOVED this treatment. Thanks to the whole team!"
